Bently Nevada TK3 Proximity System Test Kit
The TK-3 Proximity System Test Kit is designed to simulate shaft vibration and position for the calibration of Bently Nevada monitors. It checks both the operational status of the monitor readouts and the condition of the proximity transducer system. Proper calibration of the system guarantees the accuracy of the transducer inputs and the corresponding monitor readings.
The TK3 vibration calibrator employs a detachable spindle micrometer assembly to verify the calibration of the transducer system and position monitor. This assembly includes a universal probe mount that can accommodate probe diameters ranging from 5 mm to 19 mm (0.197 in to 0.75 in). The mount secures the probe while the user adjusts the target distance to or from the probe tip in precise increments, recording the output from the Proximity Sensor with a voltmeter. Additionally, the spindle micrometer assembly is equipped with a magnetic base for easy field use.
