Hasegawa HST-20N High and Special High Voltage Detector

Overview

The Hasegawa HST-20N is a high- and special-high-voltage detector designed to confirm the presence or absence of voltage on medium- to special-high-voltage equipment. It is used by electricians, engineers and utility professionals working on power lines, substations and switchgear where a grounding wire is required for detection.

The HST-20N provides positive indication with a high-luminous flashing red LED and a distinct intermittent electronic buzzer that are easy to perceive. Its tightly enclosed sensor prevents failure due to dirt, water and foreign objects, and it detects AC/DC voltage across a 3 kV to 25 kV range with high dielectric strength for operator safety.
