Overview

The Hioki SM7420 Super Megohm Meter is a 4-channel high-resistance and ultra-low-current inspection device with a resolution of 0.1 fA, engineered to deliver precise testing on production lines. It measures extremely high resistance and minute currents, making it ideal for evaluating insulating materials, capacitors and electronic components.

With four independent channels, each supporting low-capacity contact checks, cable-length correction and jig-capacity open compensation, the SM7420 is optimized for efficient, repeatable multi-point inspection in manufacturing environments.
