Hioki SM7120 Super Megohm Meter

Overview

The Hioki SM7120 Super Megohm Meter is a single-channel high-resistance and ultra-low-current inspection device with a resolution of 0.1 fA, engineered for precise testing on production lines. Combining a built-in programmable voltage source with an ultra-sensitive current measurement front end, it measures extremely high resistance across an exceptionally wide range.

With a setting voltage range from 0.1 V up to 2000 V and a resistance measurement range from 1×10³ Ω to 2×10¹⁹ Ω, the SM7120 is ideal for evaluating insulating materials, capacitors, films and electronic components where both high resistance and low leakage current must be characterized.
