MET ONE BAM 1020 Continuous Particulate Monitor

Overview

The Met One BAM 1020 is a continuous particulate monitor that uses the industry-proven beta-ray attenuation method to automatically measure and record airborne particle concentrations. With thousands of units in use worldwide, it is one of the most widely deployed regulatory PM monitors and holds multiple U.S. EPA Federal Equivalent Method (FEM) designations.

The BAM 1020 measures PM2.5 and PM10 by beta attenuation at a controlled 16.7 lpm flow, completing a full measurement cycle every hour with integral data validation. Its EPA-designated performance, low detection limits and rugged design make it the standard choice for regulatory air-quality networks and long-term ambient monitoring.
