Overview

The Met One 905 is a lightweight, collapsible aluminium and stainless-steel tripod designed for rapid deployment and retrieval of weather and atmospheric instrumentation. It can be transported and erected by a single person, making it ideal for temporary and portable monitoring sites.

The 905 extends from 6 ft up to 10 ft and folds to just 48 inches for transport. With guy-wire support and a screw-in anchor system, it steadily holds instrumentation weighing up to 15 pounds in winds up to 90 mph when correctly anchored, and its legs include bolt holes for rooftop or platform mounting.
