The Tektronix AFG1062 is part of the Tektronix AFG1000 series, designed to deliver reliable performance in a compact form factor. The output amplitude ranges from 1 mVp-p to 10 Vp-p, with 14-bit or 1 mVp-p resolution across the entire frequency range, eliminating the need to compromise between amplitude and frequency.
