OTS PB and OTS AF Insulating Oil Testers are a series of automated oil testers that perform accurate voltage withstand and breakdown testing on mineral, ester, and silicon insulating fluids. All samples have precision test vessels that are shatterproof, easy to clean, and deliver reproducible results whether used in the field or in the laboratory. They also have a transparent, shielded lid and a large test chamber, giving you easy access to the test container and allowing you to see what is happening in the test chamber.

OTS PB models

This 60 kV and 80 kV oil tester are the smallest and lightest on the market with weights ranging from 16.8 kg to 20.8 kg depending on model configuration. These units can be mains or battery-powered for added versatility in mobile applications, and all PBs are powered by NiMH batteries and come with an internal 12V DC charger and cord. led car adapter as standard. OTS AF models

These 60 kV, 80 kV, and 100 kV models feature a much larger test chamber for easier access and cleaning, which is particularly useful in a laboratory environment. They are equipped with a 12-key alphanumeric keyboard for easy input of test IDs, filenames, notes, and more. Alpha characters are entered by repeatedly pressing a key. AF models also have the option of using a USB barcode reader to scan oil sample barcode labels, ideal for better integration in the laboratory.
