MET ONE BT-610 Bench Top Particle Counter
MET ONE Bench Top Particle Counter BT-610 has a large display with very large characters, audio alarm, and internal printer that work together to determine and record particulate levels. If the particle count exceeds a pre-set limit, the audible alarm will beep, the screen display will flash, and the printer will print the alarm value. Two programmable count alarm limits may be set. The user can select the sizes and individually set each of the six channels from 0.3 to 2.0 microns in .1 micron increments and from 2.0 to 10 microns in 0.5 micron increments. Custom calibrations are not required.

The BT-610 is a compact, battery-powered particle counter with six selectable size channels and built-in printer, all housed in a portable stainless steel case. Flow is 0.1 cfm (2.83 l/min) and is maintained with volumetric flow control to improve accuracy.

Connectivity is built-in for both digital (RS-232, RS-485) and analog (0-5 VDC) output. The BT-610 also includes a USB interface and a memory stick connection. The 610 printer has two modes of operation; Print patterns and retrieve data.A password feature prevents unauthorized changes for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. An integrated rechargeable battery provides 24 hours of typical (intermittent) operation and 8 hours of continuous operation with a 5 minute press. To extend the runtime and to charge the battery, the device can be connected to an electrical outlet. An optional plug-and-play temperature/relative humidity sensor option instantly adds ambient temperature and relative humidity to the displayed and logged data.
