Milwaukee MA881 Digital Refractometer for Invert Sugar

Overview

The Milwaukee MA881 Digital Refractometer is designed to measure invert sugar concentration, a key parameter in confectionery, honey, baking and beverage production. Reading the refractive index of a small sample, it reports invert-sugar mass percentage quickly and accurately, without the difficulty of interpreting an optical scale.

Automatic temperature compensation keeps readings consistent between 10 and 40 °C, measurement takes about 1.5 seconds, and only two drops of sample are needed. The rugged IP65 housing makes the MA881 dependable in production, laboratory and field environments.
