Overview

The Milwaukee MA882 Digital Brix Refractometer measures the sugar content of liquids on the Brix scale, making it a practical tool for the food and beverage industry. Reading the refractive index of a small sample, it delivers a fast, accurate Brix value without the difficulty of interpreting an optical scale.

Automatic temperature compensation keeps readings consistent between 10 and 40 °C, measurement takes about 1.5 seconds, and only two drops of sample are needed. The rugged IP65 housing makes the MA882 dependable in production, laboratory and field environments.
