Overview

The Milwaukee MW10 Digital Free Chlorine Tester is a compact photometer for precise measurement of free chlorine in water. Using LED-based photometric technology, it gives clear digital readings and removes the guesswork of visual colour-comparison test kits, making chlorine testing fast and consistent.

The reaction between free chlorine and the DPD reagent produces a pink tint whose intensity the meter measures at 525 nm, following an adaptation of USEPA method 330.5. Powered by a single AAA battery with automatic shut-off, the pocket-sized MW10 is easy to carry and use in the field or laboratory.
