PCE ACA 50

The PCE-ACA 50 Material Tester is primarily used for determining the ash content in plastics. It features intelligent control over both time and temperature during various stages of the heating process. This device is ideal for measuring the ash content in polyethylene, polypropylene, and polybutene plastics.

By directly annealing the plastic samples, including plastics and plastic composites, the PCE ACA 50 calculates the ash content either as a mass or mass fraction. During operation, the sample is incinerated at high temperatures, and the subsequent annealing process ensures that the combustion residue is fully converted into non-combustible ash, providing accurate results for ash content analysis.
