    Tektronix AFG1062

    The Tektronix AFG1062 is part of the Tektronix AFG1000 series, designed to deliver reliable performance in a compact form factor. This dual-channel arbitrary function generator is perfect for engineers, educators, and technicians who require an affordable yet capable signal generation tool for a wide range of applications, from basic circuit testing to educational labs.

    The AFG1062 offers a sine waveform range from 1 µHz to either 25 MHz or 60 MHz, with 12-digit or 1 µHz resolution and a highly stable ±1 ppm drift time base, ensuring excellent signal fidelity in the frequency domain. The output amplitude ranges from 1 mVp-p to 10 Vp-p, with 14-bit or 1 mVp-p resolution across the entire frequency range, eliminating the need to compromise between amplitude and frequency.
