Overview

The SATIR i-series is a range of handheld thermal cameras with a built-in Android app, allowing a second person nearby to see exactly what the operator is surveying in real time. This is especially useful in confined or restricted spaces — such as ceiling voids or single-access areas — where a colleague needs to follow the inspection remotely.

Available as the 160×120 i-160 or the higher-resolution 384×288 i-384, the i-series pairs a fixed 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen with ≤0.04 °C sensitivity and a -20 °C to +550 °C measurement range. Wi-Fi connectivity, voice and text annotation and four image modes make it a practical, connected tool for everyday inspection and maintenance.
