The Siglent SHS1000X series provides complete isolation between the two oscilloscope channels, one multimeter channel, the AC adapter, and the host/device USB port. including 200 MHz and 100 MHz models. A single ADC with a maximum sampling rate of 1 GSa/s and a single memory module with a memory depth of 12 Mpts.

When two channels are enabled, each channel has a sampling rate of 500 MSa/s and a standard record length of 6 Mpts. When a channel is enabled, the maximum sampling rate is 1 GSa/s and the maximum record length is 12 Mpts. For ease of use, the most commonly used functions are accessible through a user-friendly front panel design. Complete isolation makes it ideal for laboratory measurements and floating signals, as it reduces the risk of accidental short circuits.
