Hioki 3504 Capacitance HiTester

Overview

The Hioki 3504 C HiTester is a dual-band capacitance meter designed for high-throughput inspection of large-capacitance MLCCs using constant-voltage measurement. With an analog measurement time as short as 1 ms at 1 kHz and constant-voltage measurement of capacitance up to 1.45 mF, it is ideal for production-line component testing. Continuous contact-error monitoring improves yield, while BIN sorting (3504-60/-50) and high-speed, affordable integration (3504-40) make the series adaptable to sorting and taping machines.
