Hioki IM9110 SMD Test Fixture

Overview

The Hioki IM9110 is a general-purpose SMD test fixture for the IM35xx series of Hioki LCR meters and impedance analyzers, designed for measuring very small surface-mount chip components. Using a two-terminal opposite-side connection, it holds tiny chips down to the 008004 EIA size securely for repeatable measurement from DC to 1 MHz. Supplied with short-compensation fixtures and a cleaning brush, the IM9110 is an essential accessory for accurate small-SMD component testing.
