Overview

The Hioki IM9202 Test Fixture is designed for high-frequency impedance testing of electronic components. When paired with the IM7580 series Impedance Analyzers, it supports testing at frequencies up to 600 MHz, making it ideal for characterizing components at RF frequencies.

The IM9202 features a unique staging mechanism that lets you validate components and devices in various shapes and sizes, including RFID and NFC chips, with a repeatable 2-terminal connection to the side electrodes for accurate, stable measurements.
