Overview

The Kyoritsu KEW 2117R is a compact True-RMS AC digital clamp meter that measures AC current in three auto-ranging steps — 60 A, 600 A and 1000 A — with 0.01 A resolution on the lowest range for precise readings. Its slim teardrop jaws accept conductors up to 33 mm, making it easy to use in crowded panels, and a one-hand function-selector knob keeps operation simple. Beyond current it measures AC and DC voltage, resistance and continuity, and includes non-contact voltage detection to quickly find live wires.
