The Accelerometer and Vibration Meter PCE-VT 3800S is the ideal companion for checking vibrating parts, machines, and plants. With the outside vibration sensor of the PCE-VT 3800S, the vibration displacement of up to 3.9 mm, the vibration pace of up to 399.9 mm/s, and the vibration acceleration of up to 399.9 m/s² may be determined. RMS, peak, peak-to-peak, and crest elements are available as measurement parameters on the vibration meter.
Another characteristic of the vibration measuring tool is the automated assessment consistent with ISO 10816-3. Accordingly, the Accelerometer and Vibration Meter PCE-VT 3800S can decide the present-day vibration state of a gadget thru a good/terrible assessment. This way that the vibration meter is used, for example, for restoring and upkeep paintings on machines. The integrated LiPo battery with a capability of 2500 mAh permits a battery lifestyle of up to 20 hours. The LiPo battery may be recharged thru the micro-USB interface at the vibration measuring tool.
In order to process the measured values further, they can be saved directly on the PCE-VT 3800S. Internal memory is available for this. The measured values can be saved manually as well as automatically by the vibration measuring device. After a measurement, the recorded measured values can be read out on a PC. The software for the vibration meter can be used to analyze the measured data using the graphic display and tabular listing. The measurement data can be exported as a CSV file for further processing. If a firmware update is available for the Accelerometer and Vibration Meter PCE-VT 3800S, this can also be carried out directly via the software.
