Description

DRAMINSKI Estrous detector for sheep and goats

Electronic estrous detector enables the breeder to determine the exact time during the ovarian cycle when ovulation occurs.

By recording changes in mucus resistance, the breeder can establish symptoms of upcoming estrus. In addition to detecting the best mating date, the estrus detector can also be used to identify early pregnancy (19 to 23 days after mating). If the female is not pregnant, the device will determine if another estrus period occurs on these days.

Measurements are easy to perform and involve inserting a two-electrode probe into the animal’s vagina and reading the results.
