Eurotron PLB 150 Portable Liquid Bath
The Eurotron PLB 150 portable liquid bath features a large calibration volume of 60mm x 170mm deep, making it ideal for use as a portable liquid bath. Stirred liquid baths are suitable for temperature sensors of various types and shapes, offering smaller calibration uncertainties (stability, uniformity, and accuracy) compared to dry block calibrators.
As a liquid bath, the sensor is placed directly into the block without needing special drilled inserts. When used as a stirred liquid bath, the PLB 150 radon detector delivers enhanced performance comparable to larger, more expensive laboratory liquid baths. Since the fluid is inserted directly into the block, the overall performance of the PLB 150 surpasses similar products that use liquid containers. The magnetic stirrer ensures excellent homogeneity, and the speed can be adjusted using the onboard potentiometer to accommodate different fluid viscosities.
The PLB 150 Portable stirred liquid bath comes in two models:
- PLB 150-TS Temperature calibrator/source with no inputs
- PLB 150-TC Temperature Calibrator/source with inputs for reference sensor and sensor under test
