The Hioki CT6830 is a highly compact and precise AC/DC Current Probe designed for measuring AC and DC currents up to 2A. It’s particularly noted for its exceptional performance in confined spaces or complex wiring situations due to its compact design. The probe has a core diameter of 5 mm or less and features a broad operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, ensuring accuracy even in environments with fluctuating temperatures.
Key specifications include a maximum allowable input of 3A rms continuous, a bandwidth from DC to 100 kHz, and a basic accuracy of DC± 0.3％ reading ±0.1％ full scale. The probe is equipped with Hioki ME15W output connectors and includes a memory function that allows instruments like the PW8001 to load sensor information directly from the device.
