The Hioki FT3701-20 is a non-contact thermometer using infrared rays, accurately pinpointing the spot with a two-beam laser marker. The infrared temperature gun identifies the surface temperature of an object by measuring the energy level of the infrared rays emitted from the object without physically coming in contact with it.
FT3701-20 Infrared thermometers feature dual lasers to point out the temperature of the measured surface. With a distance-to-spot ratio of 30: 1, it can be used to measure up to 760.0 °C.
The Hioki-FT3701-20 includes features including adjustable emissivity, data hold, and maximum and minimum temperature readings in addition to a backlit LCD display that gives the temperature reading. For precise temperature readings of various surfaces, the emissivity can be adjusted between 0.10 and 1.00.
The thermometer uses a 9V battery to operate it, and it features an automated shut-off feature to extend battery life. Additionally, it is created with a sturdy, ergonomic casing that is simple to handle and use in a number of applications.
