Hioki IM9201 SMD Test Fixture

Overview

The Hioki IM9201 is a high-frequency SMD test fixture for the IM7580 series of impedance analyzers, designed for measuring surface-mount chip components at frequencies up to 3 GHz. Using a two-terminal connection to the bottom electrodes, it holds standard EIA chip sizes from 0201 to 1210 securely for accurate, repeatable high-frequency measurement. Supplied with a full set of short plates, GND plates and device guides, the IM9201 is an essential accessory for RF component characterisation.
