The Kyoritsu KEW 5204 is a modern, versatile digital light meter for accurate illuminance measurement across a wide range of settings. It measures from 0 up to 199,900 lx with 0.1 lx resolution using a silicon-photodiode sensor that detaches and rotates for precise positioning. A standout feature is its ability to measure LED illuminance — including the illuminance, frequency and duty ratio of pulsed white LEDs — making it especially useful for LED lighting specialists. Data hold freezes readings for recording, MAX/MIN tracks the highest and lowest levels, and a large backlit LCD keeps values readable even in low light.
