MET ONE 30.5 Industrial Grade Sonic Anemometer

Overview

The Met One 30.5 is an industrial-grade two-dimensional sonic anemometer that measures wind speed and direction with no moving parts. Designed for ambient wind sensing in harsh environments and industrial applications, it is a direct replacement for conventional mechanical propeller and cup anemometers, offering greater reliability and lower maintenance.

The 30.5 measures wind speed up to 60 m/s and direction over a full 360°, with fast 1-second response and both digital (RS-232/RS-485) and analog outputs. Operating from -40 to +60 °C on 8–36 VDC, it suits meteorological stations, air-quality monitoring and remote industrial installations.
