Overview

The Milwaukee MA884 Digital Brix / Potential Alcohol Refractometer is built for winemakers and grape growers who need a fast reading of sugar content and the alcohol a must can potentially produce. From one small sample it reports both % Brix and % v/v potential alcohol, making harvest and fermentation decisions quick and reliable.

A digital display removes the difficulty of reading an optical scale, and automatic temperature compensation keeps results consistent between 10 and 40 °C. Measurement takes about 1.5 seconds and needs only two drops of sample, while the rugged IP65 housing suits the vineyard, cellar or laboratory.
