The Mitutoyo 500-193-30 digital caliper provides accurate and repeatable measurements of external, internal, depth and pitch dimensions with unlimited accuracy and speed. The Mitutoyo 500-193-30 can measure a dimension range of 0-300mm / 0-12″ with an accuracy of ±0.03mm / ±0.0015″ with a programmable LCD display and a large character height (height 9.0mm) and a resolution of 0.01mm / 0.0005″for better readability.
The next generation of electronic calipers is the Mitutoyo ABSOLUTE Digimatic caliper. This caliper provides four-way measurements that are extremely precise.

Function

• Check the caliper jaws’ cleanliness first.
• Measurement mistakes are brought on by the presence of particles such as dust, pleats, etc. between the caliper’s jaws.
• Next, after locking the jaws, zero the display number using the key that was attached to the caliper.
• Now, using your thumb, open the caliper’s jaws. Once the object is in between the two jaws, close the jaws so that they touch the object.
• The size will then be seen on the screen.
