The Mitutoyo Vernier Specialized interior Caliper may be used to measure interior measurements that are ordinarily challenging to obtain with standard calipers. This specialized caliper can reach into recesses, bore holes, and grooves while producing precise, repeatable measures. Its jaws can be point-type, knife-edge, or inside groove. The caliper is composed of hardened stainless steel, and for protection and readability, it has a satin chrome finish.

Internal diameters and difficult-to-reach measurements may both be taken with the Mitutoyo 536-145 model.Suitable for measuring t-shaped grooves.
