The Mitutoyo ABSOLUTE coolant proof caliper provides precise, repeatable outer dimension, inner dimension, depth, and step measurements in an ergonomic form. The caliper’s slide and jaws are made of hardened stainless steel, and it has an impact-resistant, easy-to-read LCD display for long-lasting, dependable operation. The ABSOLUTE caliper is suitable for usage in workshop environments with coolant, water, dust, and oil.

Coolant-Proof Caliper Features:

• For greater readability, the character height on the LCD display was raised from 7.4mm to 9.0mm.
• The battery cover has been redesigned to eliminate the need for a screwdriver.
• The ABS linear scale avoids the need to establish the origin point each time the micrometer is turned on.
• Even when data is re-displayed after loss due to insufficient light during use, an origin reset is not necessary.
• The stainless steel structure preserves the caliper components and assures precise performance over time.
• The SPC output function enables real-time data handling that is rapid and simple.
• Auto On/Off, Origin Set, Zero-Setting, Data Output, and inch/mm conversion (for inch/metric versions only) are all functions.

IP67 protection prevents dust infiltration and protects against transient water immersion; it is suitable for usage in settings exposed to cutting oil.
