NOVOTEST MF 1M
The NOVOTEST MF-1M is specifically designed to monitor residual magnetization and assess magnetic variations on the surface of ferromagnetic materials. It is used to check the residual magnetization levels prior to welding oil and gas pipelines, as well as to measure the magnetic field induction—whether static (DC), alternating (AC), or pulsed—produced by various magnetic and electromagnetic equipment. This includes devices like magnetic particle flaw detectors, magnetic tables, grinding machine chucks, demagnetizing units, and permanent magnets.
The device is fully sealed, allowing it to operate in high-humidity environments. Its silicone casing around the electronic unit makes it resistant to shocks. Additionally, it is not sensitive to operating temperatures, making it suitable for use in a wide temperature range from -20°C to +40°C.
