    PCE FB 500TW Torque Meter

    The PCE FB 500TW Torque Meter is a precision instrument used for measuring torque in various applications. It’s typically used in industrial settings where torque measurement is critical for ensuring proper assembly, maintenance, or quality control.

    The PCE-TWM series torque wrench tester can test torque wrenches up to 500 Nm, depending on the sensor. Thanks to precise evaluation electronics, the torque wrench tester has a measurement accuracy of 0.5% of the measuring range. The torque wrench is fixed with a 1/4′ female square. The torque wrench tester includes an evaluation unit and an external torque transducer with cable that facilitates measurement setup.Torque wrenches can be tested in both directions. The torque wrench tester’s limit value function allows you to set an audible alarm when a predetermined torque is reached.

    The torque wrench tester displays the PEAK value (maximum value display) as well as the force curve and also provides the possibility of statistical evaluation of the measurement process. Measurement results can be saved to the internal SD card and read back on the device or on a PC. PC software for torque wrench testers is available for download from the PCE website.
