The SATIR GF5000 thermal camera has been designed to be used in extremely warm environments where firefighters or fire safety personnel may work.

The camera is designed to withstand various temperature conditions depending on the duration of exposure. For short-term use in a warm environment, it operates effectively between 55°C and 260°C. For long-term use, it functions in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 55°C. Equipped with a 384×288 IR detector, the camera provides video and images with 110,592 pixels, delivering clear and detailed visuals to the end user’s screen.

It has a long battery life of 5 hours which means it can be used for extended periods when on-call for fire emergencies. The GF5000 has two temperature strips one is static to be used for reference and the other is used to indicate a sudden change in the temperature.
