The Siglent SDS5000X series are super phosphor oscilloscopes designed for high-performance applications. These oscilloscopes offer enhanced features and capabilities, making them ideal for use in research and development, as well as product testing and debugging.

The SDS5000X Series Digital Storage Oscilloscopes from SIGLENT are capable of mixed-signal analysis with up to 4 analog channels and 16 digital channels, and they have bandwidths of 1 GHz, 500 MHz, and 350 MHz. They also have a maximum sample rate of 5 GSa/s and a maximum record length of 250 Mpts/ch.

With a maximum waveform capture rate of up to 110,000 wfm/s (in normal mode) and up to 500,000 wfm/s (in sequence mode) and a 256-level intensity grading display capability as well as a color temperature display mode, the SDS5000X series uses Siglent’s SPO technology. It also uses cutting-edge, highly sensitive, and jitter-free digital trigger technology.

Numerous effective triggering modes, such as serial bus triggering, are supported by the trigger system. Extended waveform records can be recorded, stored, and examined using the History waveform recording, Sequence acquisition, Search, and Navigate capabilities. The SDS5000X additionally has options for a 25 MHz arbitrary waveform generator, a wide range of measuring and math capabilities, and serial decoding.
