Overview

The SKF TKBA 10 Belt Alignment Tool is a hand-held laser instrument designed to quickly and accurately measure the alignment of belt-driven machinery. It uses laser technology to check pulley alignment and detect both horizontal and vertical deviations, helping maintenance teams correct misalignment fast.

The TKBA 10 is easy to use and requires no special training. The transmitter and receiver units mount magnetically in the pulley grooves, and the laser line reveals any offset or angular error directly on the target scale. Proper alignment of belt drives reduces wear on belts, pulleys and bearings and helps prolong equipment life while saving energy.
