The Testo 106 food thermometer allows fast, accurate measurement of the core temperature of food (or other semi-solid products). It can take up to two heights a second. Thanks to this impressive performance, the food thermometer is perfect for quick checks during food controls (e.g. in industrial kitchens, catering, restaurant chains, or the food retail sector).
Introduction of thermometer testo 106
The testo 106 food thermometer has an NTC temperature probe that not only precisely measures the core temperature of your products, but also leaves almost imperceptible perforations (thanks to the narrow measuring tip with a diameter of 2.2 mm). If the limit values are exceeded, the food thermometer will alert you with an optical and acoustic alarm. This allows you to see and hear immediately when critical temperatures are reached. Another extremely useful function is the automatic end value recognition (Auto-Hold).

HACCP compliant measurements
The food thermometer has a protective probe cap to protect the measuring tip from damage. We also offer the IP 67 and indestructible waterproof protective cover TopSafe (which can be ordered separately). In combination with the TopSafe case, the testo106 is an EN 13485-certified and HACCP-compliant thermometer. You can easily carry out food inspections according to the strict HACCP and EN 13485 regulations.
