Overview

The Hioki 3282 is a True RMS digital clamp meter (Clamp On HiTester) that measures AC current up to 1000 A across three ranges, with a large 46 mm jaw for thick conductors and busbars. It adds AC voltage, resistance, continuity and frequency measurement, plus peak-value capture and a distortion (crest factor) check for analysing non-sinusoidal waveforms. Max/Min/Average recording, data hold and auto power-off make it a versatile tool for electrical maintenance and power-quality checks.
