Overview

The measurement of flow velocity and the correct calculation of volume flow at ventilation outlets can be a challenge, because the turbulence created there and differing flow directions make correct measurement more difficult. The Testo 417 Set 1 solves this by combining the testo 417 vane anemometer with the testovent 417 measurement funnels.

Together they provide perfect support for flow measurement at ventilation grilles and poppet valves, ensuring simple, accurate testing of incoming and outgoing air, such as in the controlled ventilation of living spaces. The integrated 100 mm vane measures air velocity and temperature and calculates volume flow, while the funnel set channels the airflow for representative readings at outlets.
