Hioki 3174 AC Automatic Insulation/Withstanding HiTester

Overview

The Hioki 3174 is an AC automatic insulation and withstanding (hipot) HiTester for insulation resistance and dielectric-strength testing of electrical devices and components against various safety standards. It applies an AC withstand voltage up to 5.00 kV with digital setting and a low-distortion sine waveform, measuring leakage current up to 20 mA (True RMS) with window-comparator judgement. A range of automation and labour-saving features make it well suited to production-line and quality-control safety testing.
