Overview
The Megger PVK350 is a comprehensive photovoltaic test kit for installing, commissioning and maintaining solar PV systems. It is built around the DCM1500S AC/DC solar clamp meter and the pocket-sized PVM210 irradiance meter, and adds specialist high-voltage PV leads and a K-type thermocouple, all in a hard carry case – giving installers everything needed to characterise a PV array in one kit.
With the high-voltage PVHV leads the kit measures PV-circuit voltages up to 2000 V DC / 1500 V AC and currents up to 1500 A AC/DC, along with irradiance to 1999 W/m², temperature from -40 to 400 °C, resistance, continuity, diode, capacitance and frequency. Bluetooth connectivity to the Megger Link app allows remote reading and logging, and a CAT IV 600 V / CAT III 1000 V rating keeps testing safe.
