Megger MFT1731 Multifunction Installation Tester — Full-Feature Testing & Bluetooth
The Megger MFT1731 is a fully featured multifunction installation tester that extends the MFT1700 range with Type B RCD testing, phase-to-phase loop measurement, earth-electrode testing (including stakeless), on-board memory and Bluetooth download. Compliant with IEC 61557 and BS 7671, it is the go-to instrument for electricians who need complete installation testing and paperless results in one rugged unit.
Key Features
- Insulation testing — 100 V, 250 V, 500 V and 1000 V test voltages measuring up to 999 MΩ.
- Full loop testing — 2/3-wire non-tripping L-PE, 2-wire high-current L-N and phase-to-phase L-L loop impedance, 0.01 Ω to 1000 Ω.
- Type B RCD & 3-phase — RCD Types AC, A, S and B with three-phase capability, 10 mA to 1000 mA.
- Earth-electrode testing — 2- and 3-pole plus stakeless earth resistance, 0.01 Ω to 1.999 kΩ.
- Continuity & true-RMS voltage — 200/15 mA continuity and 10–600 V true-RMS measurement, 15–400 Hz.
- Memory & Bluetooth — store results and download via Bluetooth for paperless certification.
