Kyoritsu KEW 2127R True-RMS AC Digital Clamp Meter

Overview

The Kyoritsu KEW 2127R is a slim, one-hand true-RMS AC digital clamp meter built around a fully insulated safety jaw. It reads AC current up to 1000 A with auto-ranging while also offering a full set of multimeter functions, making it a versatile everyday tool for electricians and maintenance engineers who want current, voltage and more from a single compact instrument.

The KEW 2127R measures AC current on 60 / 600 / 1000 A ranges through a 33 mm jaw, plus AC and DC voltage up to 600 V, resistance up to 40 MΩ, capacitance up to 100 µF and frequency up to 9.999 kHz, with continuity and true-RMS conversion. A backlit display, data hold, peak hold and auto power-off add convenience, and a rugged CAT IV 300 V / CAT III 600 V rating keeps it safe. Two AAA batteries give around 170 hours of use in a 230 g body.
