For applications involving installations at Waste Water Treatment Plants (WWTP) or landfill sites, the SWG100 BIOEX, which is ATEX ZONE II certified, is a more suitable solution. If your application is for small-sized farm-based anaerobic digesters and you need only 1-2 sampling points without a continuous monitoring system, the SWG100 BIOcompact is ideal.

The SWG100 BIOGS analyzer continuously measures O2, CO2%, CH4%, and H2S, detecting gas changes in real-time. In certain processes, biogas quality can change rapidly, and CHP’s gas engines need a live signal to adapt to these variations.

The SWG100 BIOGS features an integrated gas cooler, a peristaltic pump, and AUTO CAL functions, ensuring high accuracy, repeatability, and stable readings under all process conditions, even with extremely wet gases, such as biogas sampling before heating treatment. The gas cooler also maximizes sensor protection by preventing moisture buildup in the gas stream.
