The camera and SmartView R&D require a stable network connection to function properly. Set up your network without interference from other systems. Do not connect the camera to a virtual private network (VPN). SmartView R&D is a data-intensive application. Using other data-intensive applications (audio or video streaming) on ​​the PC or on the same network system may result in data loss.
