Hioki BT3561A Battery HiTester

Overview

The Hioki BT3561A Battery HiTester is a high-precision resistance and voltage meter built for quality inspection of completed battery cells, modules and packs on production lines. It measures internal resistance (AC-IR) and open-circuit voltage (OCV) simultaneously, allowing manufacturers to judge battery quality during acceptance and shipping inspections where vibration and time can introduce defects. With a fast 10 ms response and an AC four-terminal method, the BT3561A supports high-throughput testing in cell and module production environments.
