Kyoritsu 8178 Ior Leakage Current Clamp Sensor (68 mm)

Overview

The Kyoritsu 8178 is a precision leakage current clamp sensor designed for use with the Kyoritsu Ior logger (KEW 5050). It shares the accuracy of the 8177 but adds a larger 68 mm jaw for bigger conductors and cable bundles, measuring leakage currents up to 10 A AC rms and delivering a 500 mV / 10 A output with ±1% accuracy. It is well suited to accurate Ior (resistive leakage) monitoring where high sensitivity and low phase error are essential.
