Overview
The Kyoritsu KEW 6305 is a compact, portable power meter for measuring, recording and analysing electrical power in single- and three-phase systems. It gives engineers a clear real-time picture of how much power a load or installation is drawing and how efficiently it is using it — essential for energy surveys, load studies, demand assessment and basic power-quality checks in commercial and industrial settings.
The KEW 6305 measures voltage, current, frequency, active, reactive and apparent power, power factor, energy and neutral current, and supports 1P2W, 1P3W, 3P3W, 3P3W3A and 3P4W wiring. Voltage ranges are 150 / 300 / 600 V, while current is measured from 1 A up to 3000 A using the appropriate Kyoritsu clamp sensor. Data is logged to a 2 GB SD card at intervals from 1 second to 1 hour and transferred by USB or Bluetooth 5.0. It runs from six AA/Ni-MH batteries (about 15 hours) or an AC adapter, is rated CAT III 600 V and weighs about 800 g.
