The Megger BVM300 is a battery voltage monitor designed to measure and monitor the voltage of individual cells or blocks within a string — typically in large battery systems in telecommunications, power utilities and data centres. It is essential for maintaining battery health, confirming that every cell operates within its optimal voltage range and identifying weak or failing cells before they compromise the whole system. Working with Megger’s TORKEL battery load units, the BVM300 measures individual cell voltages while the entire string (up to 300 V DC) is under load, enabling a fully automated battery-bank capacity test.
